Refund Policy
Last updated: October 10, 2026
The short version
Try TokLiveRecorder on the Free plan before you pay. If you then buy Pro or Studio for the first time and it isn't right for you, you can get a full refund within 7 days as long as you have recorded less than 2 hours on the paid plan.
When you can get a full refund
- It is your first purchase of a paid plan on your account (monthly or yearly);
- you ask within 7 days of the payment; and
- you have recorded less than 2 hours in total since that payment.
When a refund is approved we cancel the subscription, your account returns to the Free plan, and the full amount is returned to your original payment method.
What isn't refundable
- Automatic renewals (monthly or yearly) after your first purchase;
- purchases where 7 days have passed or 2 or more hours have been recorded;
- unused time or unused recording hours left when you cancel;
- accounts suspended for breaking our terms of use.
If a recording failed because of a fault on our side, tell us — we'll look into it and make it right even when the conditions above aren't met.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep your paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for and you won't be charged again. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before the renewal date.
How to request a refund
Email support@tokliverecorder.com from the email address on your account (or include the checkout email and order number from your receipt). We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued through our payment partner Waffo and usually reach your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any refund or withdrawal rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
